A Vegas Wedding Day from Bliss Chapel to the Lights of Paris Las Vegas
Beverly and Sean traveled all the way from Scotland to Las Vegas with one goal in mind: getting married and celebrating it in true Vegas style.
Their day began at the charming Bliss Wedding Chapel, where they exchanged vows surrounded by family and a lot of excitement for the adventure ahead. After the ceremony, we stepped outside for a few portraits in front of the chapel before beginning their tour of the city.
The couple had planned a day that would let them experience several different sides of Las Vegas. Rather than rushing through everything at once, they chose a split schedule that gave them time to enjoy their wedding day before returning later that evening for photos under the city lights.
The first stop after leaving the chapel was one of the most recognizable locations in the city.
From there, we headed downtown to the heart of the Fremont Street Experience. Fremont has a completely different energy than the Strip. The glowing canopy overhead, vintage casino signs, street performers, and constant movement create a backdrop that feels uniquely Las Vegas.
Beverly had mentioned before the wedding that she wasn't particularly comfortable in front of a camera. As is often the case, those concerns disappeared quickly once the two of them settled into simply enjoying each other's company. Rather than focusing on formal poses, we kept things relaxed and let their personalities take over.
The bright lights of downtown provided plenty of opportunities for natural moments and genuine expressions as they explored Fremont together.
After spending time downtown, Beverly and Sean returned to their hotel to relax before dinner at the Strat. Later that evening, we met again on the Las Vegas Strip for the second half of their wedding photography experience.
Nighttime is when many of the city's most famous locations truly come alive, and the Bellagio Fountains are one of the best examples. The illuminated fountains, elegant architecture, and reflections across the water create an incredible backdrop for wedding portraits.
Standing above the fountains with the lights of the Strip stretching out behind them, Beverly and Sean enjoyed a much quieter moment together after what had already been a full day of celebration.
The Bellagio fountains provided a completely different atmosphere from the energy of Fremont Street earlier in the day, giving their gallery a wonderful variety of locations and moods.
From Bellagio, we simply walked across Las Vegas Boulevard to Paris Las Vegas. One of the reasons I often recommend this pairing is that the two locations complement each other perfectly while being only a short walk apart.
The illuminated Eiffel Tower creates one of the most recognizable nighttime backdrops in Las Vegas and provided the perfect setting for the final portraits of the evening.
With the tower glowing above them and the city lights surrounding them from every direction, Beverly and Sean looked completely at ease as they enjoyed their first night as a married couple.
The final images of the evening captured exactly what they had traveled across the Atlantic to experience: a wedding day that combined the excitement of Las Vegas with time spent simply enjoying each other.
For Beverly and Sean, the day began with a ceremony at Bliss Wedding Chapel and ended beneath the lights of Paris Las Vegas. Along the way they experienced downtown Las Vegas, the Bellagio fountains, and some of the most iconic locations the city has to offer. It was a wonderful celebration and a perfect reminder that there are countless ways to create a wedding day that feels uniquely your own.
If you're planning a Las Vegas wedding and would like help creating a photo experience that fits your timeline and priorities, I'd love to help you explore the options.
