Downtown Las Vegas Courthouse Elopement with a Fun Strip Photo Tour

There is something really refreshing about starting a wedding day right in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. No pressure, no long timeline, just a couple ready to make it official and enjoy the moment. Roger and Michelle’s courthouse wedding had exactly that kind of easygoing energy, with a mix of classic city backdrops and iconic Vegas photo stops.

Their day kicked off on the steps of the courthouse, surrounded by warm light and the clean lines of downtown architecture. It felt simple in the best way, just the two of them taking a quiet moment together before heading inside.

After their ceremony, we stepped right into the energy of Fremont Street. This area is always a favorite for couples because it brings that classic Las Vegas feel with bold textures, interesting architecture, and a little bit of everything happening around you. It keeps things fun and spontaneous, which is exactly what a relaxed elopement should feel like.

Roger and Michelle leaned right into it, laughing together and staying completely in the moment. That is what makes Fremont Street such a great stop during a photo tour. It adds personality and movement to the day without needing any extra planning. From there, we made our way to the Strip for a completely different vibe. First stop was the Bellagio, where the architecture adds a timeless, upscale feel that contrasts perfectly with the downtown portion of the day. The grand archways and warm tones create a classic setting that always photographs beautifully for Las Vegas elopements.

Next, we headed over to Paris Las Vegas, which is one of the most recognizable photo locations in the city. Couples love this spot because it brings a little bit of European charm right into the middle of the Strip, with the Eiffel Tower replica creating a dramatic and instantly iconic backdrop.

By the end of the session, Roger and Michelle had experienced a full Vegas wedding day without any stress. From courthouse vows to Fremont Street energy to elegant Strip portraits, everything flowed naturally. That is really what makes eloping in Las Vegas such a great option. You can keep it simple while still getting a variety of incredible photo locations all in one day.
